What's airjet loom?

                     Airjet looms is a one kind of shuttle less loom.Normally ,airjet loom uses a jet off air for propellin the filling yarn throw the viewing she'd.they are suitable use with medium weight yarns then very light and very heavy yarns. Airjet loom is the one of two types of fluid jet looms where another is water jet looms.

 Advantage of airjet looms.

Different advantages of airjet looms following have pointed here..

           1.in case of airjet looms ,noise level is lower than rapiar and misile looms.

            2.normaly , standard width of airjet loom is 190cm..

            3. Weft insertion performance is too much here (Normally 600rpm).

The main disadvantages of airjet looms are following here pointed..

       1.broken pick or Miss peck has occurred due to excess air pressure of main nozzles

       2.in case of airjet lomm,pile up and buckle tip of yarn formed due to air resistance.

      3.Double picks may occurred in airjet looms.

      4.loom of weft yarn along weft direction formed due to variation of air pressure.
